Hypnosis has been used for centuries as a safe, successful tool
for habit-breaking, self-improvement, healing and change. Linda has
helped hundreds of individuals create positive change in their life
via individual or group hypnosis sessions.
Some of the more common uses are for stress reduction, stopping
smoking or nail-biting, manage weight, pain control and child-birthing.
Memory recall, sports improvement, scholastic enhancement, stuttering,
sexual dysfunction, and alleviating unreasonable fears are also areas
of successful consultation.
Contacting angels, guides and other dimensions are also within
the realm of positive hypnosis use, as well as regression and UFO concerns.

As a trained expert, I have been respectfully
conducting sessions as a professional hypnotherapist for over 15 years,
and have been in the complimentary healing field since 1977.
I follow the code of ethics and confidentiality
outlined in my associations' guidlines. My clients are treated with
respect, compassion and understanding.
Sessions generally last 60-90 minutes. I generally
recommend 3 sessions for habit-breaking issues. Feel free to

Cassettes are also available. Many people have foundreinforcement
tapes to be beneficial toward self-growth and change. This is never
a requirement however, but an additional success tool for you.
